Hello and thank you for considering Velocity Indoor Karting for your corporate event or team building experience.

We have some great opportunities here at Velocity.

First we start by giving everyone a professional safety briefing.  We believe safety should always come first.  Then we have everyone that is riding sign our waiver form. Both the briefing and waiver can be seen and read on our web site under the RULES tab.  Now we are ready to send everyone down to the helmet rack, yes helmets and neck rolls are required.  Individuals may bring their own helmets as long as it is a full faced helmet and has eye protection, neck rolls are still required.

Here are the options we offer.

Eliminator

We will put everyone out on the track for 8 to 10 minutes.  8 minute sessions are good for larger groups; we can put up to 60 individuals on the track in a one hour period.  With 10 minute sessions, we can put up to 50 persons on the track in a one hour period.  This is a timed session, and everyone is competing against the clock and not racing for position.  The fastest lap time of the group wins a trophy and of course, all bragging rights!

Cost: $1200.00 for the first hour

$900.00 each additional hour

Grand Prix

We will put everyone on the track for a 5 minute qualifying race.  We will then set up a race with starting orders based on a driver’s best qualifying time.  Laps will vary depending on the size of group and time allotted for said races.  Typically we run fastest to slowest qualifiers on grid, but we can change the race format per request and invert the field for a little more excitement.  These final races will be lap races that people will compete for position, and best finish.

Cost: $1500.00 for the first hour

Dream Team

This is the best for team building and large groups.  Everyone will run two 5 minute qualifying sessions.  Then we pick team captains based off of lap times from qualifying.  Then we randomly assign numbers to people and match them with their team captain.  Now the teams are built and depending on the time frame, we can run a lap race that includes everyone!  Each person will get the same number of laps and will have to pit during the race to switch drivers.  Everyone has to be on their best game, so no mistakes are made that might cost the team the race!

Cost: $1800.00 for the first hour

$1500 each additional hour
